Hey Christian! Iam right now on week 4 of the program I love it! I have a question for overloading the deadlift. I picked rack/pinpulls as my overloading movement but is it worth doing them even if i can only get it so the bar is at knee positioning and not below my knees?
The purpose of an overload is to get used to handling heavier weights than in the full movement. If you can handle more weight in the position you can use, it's fine.
