I'm coming up to finishing 915 for the second time. Absolutely love the program.
I have a question about Day 7. I do bicep/lat work most days through the Russian Fighter Pull-Up Program (is this a good idea? )and so far on day 7 I have been doing neural charge, abs/biceps, pull-ups and some zone 2 cardio.
I find it difficult to get motivated for this day as i'm more strength orientated. Could you provide a sample of what you would do for this day or some general advice? (My gym is not very well equipped so no prowler etc.)
