Been following the 915 but at around week 5 my body is just spent. Following the program, along with Plazma, Finibars, and MAG-10, I still can't recover from deadlift day to the heavy squat day. My lower back just isn't holding up for the entire week. Is there a way to modify the program or am I out of luck lol.
Drop all assistance work for the deadlift
And deload for a week. Do a week of just the main lift, no assistance... Faor the main lift redo the week you just did, no assistance then the week after continue with the program but drop the deadlift assistance
