Day 60

Bench:

Power Clean:
50/5, 50/4, 50/3, 55/2, 60/1

Seated Calf Raise:
6 X 10 (60k)

Day 63

Bench:
80/5, 85/4, 87.5/3, 90/2, 95/1, 60/18

Squat:
90/5, 97.5/4, 100/3, 110/2, 112.5/1

Calf Machine:
130/6, 115/6, 100/9, 85/7, 70/8 (drop sets)

Day 65

Bench:
80/5, 85/4, 90/3, 92.5/2, 95/1

Power Clean:
50/5, 50/4, 50/3, 60/2, 60/1

My last set on the bench went up easy, compared to two days ago when I struggled. Having difficulty making gains in the power clean.

Day 70

I got bored with my 54321 program so the past few days I have just been greasing the groove on pull ups and one arm push ups.

Today I decided to do something drastic and will be doing 20 rep squats.

Squats: 1 X 20 (80k)
Pullover: 1 X 20 (25lbs)
Dips: 2 X 20 (bodyweight)
Rows: 2 X 20 (40k)
Incline DB Bench: 2 X 6 (60 lbs)

The squats were moderately difficult. I did 70k a few days ago just for fun. I’ll try to add 5 to 10 lbs each session and hit the gym thrice a week.
