Someone wrote an article on this site using an 8 sets of 3 system but I can't find it or remember who wrote it.
I think you do 2 excercises a day using 8x3, 3 days a week, anyone know the name of the article or where I can find it?


Jay there are several writers here that vare close to that scheme but the most prevalent in my head would be Chad Waterbury,

It is 10x3 a lot that he uses but it varies.

Just do an author search in the library and plenty of his latest have similar schemes,

The closest thing I can think of would be CW's "Big Boy Basics". The whole thing was 8 x 3 alternated with 3 x 8. It was simple but effective.
