85kg Sit-ups for 30 Reps

This is one of my best mates doing his sit ups… impressive! Started with 5kgs.

lol

Surprised his abdominal muscles didn’t cramp up halfway through.

Is that safe on the lower back?

I hope Stuart McGill doesn’t see this, he’ll probably have an aneurysm.

very impressive if you ask me.

Put the weight behind your head, jackass…

good god no! there are far safer ways to load the abz.

i think it was the NSCA that published an articles years ago that showed that overhead presses, squats, and deadlifts worked the abz better than direct ab work like planks.

I’m very impressed…

that he didn’t pop a disc.
