Likely body is shedding glucose, just dumping it.
How can doctors not figure out what is wrong. check her urine, blood sugar levels, sweat, use PET scans and such to map glucose usage using radioactively labeled glucose substances with attached chlorine or however it is they stop its utilization by cells at the mid point.
They have been doing glucose usage rate scans for literally years to diagnose cancer…
I, ME, could literally make some calls and get it done. And Im a 20 something shit head who just happens to have gone to a college and knows a few profs who would likely be interested.
DNP for example is a metabolic poison, dumps energy stores, doesn’t burn them, just tells the body to eject as waste.
her body is likely malfunctioning somewhere in the energy usage chain for the cells.
This is not something useful to study.
We already have drugs that cause the body to malfunction and destroy itself, and only the very stupid utilize them as they are quite literally poisons.

This, essentially. I’m rather curious what kinds of tests they were running. These days you can pinpoint a lot of metabolic mutations right on the dot.
I’m also curious how she’s alive, often times when there are severe defects in metabolism or other essential pathways it’s simply embryonic lethal and the fetus fails to thrive.
There’s still shit that really does baffle the medical community, but there’s not that much.
