At the end, they provide a sample workout plan. Are the A1, A2 sets and B1, B2 sets a superset? There's a separate rest time for each, but I've seen the A1-A2 style before as a superset.

Supersets with rest time.

So I perform each of those exercises back-to-back-to-back-to-back then rest 45 seconds? And repeat 3-5 times?

No. You perform set 1 of exercise 1, then you rest (for a minute or whatever it says). Then, you perform set 1 of exercise 2, then you rest (for a minute or whatever it says). Rinse and repeat. This isn’t crossfit-like circuit training, it’s just a way to keep the body moving while specific muscles get time to recover.
