Hi, I am currently doing the 6 weeks to superhero program by Christian Thibaudeau and I would like to know if the 8 minutes to awesome ( https://www.t-nation.com/training/8-minutes-to-awesome ) everyday routine would be detrimental to the 6 weeks to superhero program if it is done on training days. Thank you!
The 6 week to superhero program is very demanding and a lot of work to recover from , so be very careful with things you want to add. If you run this program for the first time I think you shouldn’t add anything and follow the description. Doing more does not mean getting more results
If you want to do it, do it separately… when you wake up in the morning for example.
