7th Week Protocol

Good evening Jim.Brandon here.
I am confuse about the application of 7th week protocol in the program.

In the book,it is mentioned that 7th week protocol shall be used between leader and anchor program as deload. Does that mean the TM in anchor program is the same as the TM in leader program?

And once the anchor program is done then we increase the TM and then run the 7th week protocol for TM test or PR test prior to do any leader template?

Leader1 week 1-3
up training max 5-10 pounds
Leader2 week 4-6
7th week (deload)
up training max 5-10 pounds
Anchor1 week 7-9
7th week (TM test or PR)
