New offensive with 90 - 95 - 100 k, starting with sets of 5 and planning to get to sets of 12 via adding one rep to one set each time i train them. Should get there by the end of the year.

Getting old is easy. I built up to the 2x20 one rep at a time. They tax me well, though i have a ways to go before i can think of doing them standing.
