For ABBH 2 what percentage (of your 1 rep max) is a 7 rep max and a 15 rep max?
I didn’t give % of RM’s because specific RM’s tend to be more accurate. Just find a load that allows you 7 and 15 perfect reps, respectively. If I gave you a percentage, it might be too far off for optimal results.
for ABBH and ABBH2 I used the first 4 workouts, that are relatively easy, to experiment in order to assess the proper loads to perform the sets/reps prescribed by CW.
