That was 5 years ago, has it evolved? Can it be updated?

I assume the principles would remain the same but there has been advancements in other areas, like supplements… (adding arginine for increased vascularity & replacing flax with Flameout for example)

Well technically both are on a 7 day schedule. In both cases the 7th day is the peak day. In the later article we simply said ‘‘6 days’’ because the actual process of water depletion/carb loading lasts 6 days.

My question is, what would I eat and when.
