was wondering if anyone out there has working knowledge of using Carb back loading P.m. training with weights after doing fasted A.m. Cardio (i.e. Prowler work).
I would like to do heavy prowler pull/push and tabata Concept2 training in the morn, followed by a creatine/ amino acid drink. Then go into normal Carb back loading weight training 5/3/1 in the evening.
Would I be able to keep and possibly gain strength without gaining any pudge and/or getting a little
leaners ? ??
