Id agree with your assessment, maybe taking an extra second before you initiate the lift after gripping the bar to tuck your shoulders back and down, kinda pushing your chest up. Stuff you already know im sure though.

beast strength. love the no nonsense speed off the floor, way to own the bar. god knows what you could do if you set up your leverages a bit more advantageously, even on the sumo you’ve clearly still got a lot of strength to spare.

I am working on hip mobility. It is preventing me from going to the next level.
