Still got all my hair but it passed grey and went to white. This time of year in the Philippines the kids call me “Tatay Pasko”, Father Christmas.

3rd Moderna shot yesterday (from a pharmacist/powerlifter) reduced the workout today but I was surprised I could work out. 2nd shot left me horizontal for about a day.

I’ve had a bad cold for last 8 days. Almost over it.

Not almost over it after all. Now it’s an upper chest infection but reduced coughing.

3 hrs at emergency care center and I heard each of the 20+ who registered after me request covid test. Jeez. The doctor I saw kept shaking hands with me; I think he was relieved I didn’t need covid testing. However the female nurse who first took my vitals and I were barking at each other. Interesting experience. I miss the gym.

Down to night coughing so I’m still not going to gym. Maybe next week.

Started using new weight belt for dips with 25 lb plate in garage. Surprised how light that weight is but I suppose after all those dips I do regularly…

Forgot flyes absolutely waste me for dips. Did 2 x 50 pushups w/elevated feet awhile later.

5:30 pm Dips 3 x 12 W/25 lb weight. Still somewhat wasted from morning workout.

I hope to raise the legs higher to get better at handstand pushups. I’ve read that’s the way to train for them.

Yesterday my law partner tested positive for the virus, We were in close proximity Tuesday afternoon; I have no symptoms so I was told to wait 3 days before getting tested.
