dumbbell bench 5x5 w/55s
machine press 5/x5 90, 110, 110, 110, 130
preacher curls 4 x 8 @ 90, 90, 100, 100

experimenting here.

Garage pullups 2 x 7

squats 1 x 7 @ 135, 5 x 5 @ 225
machine rows , warmup sets, then 5 x 5 @ 250
cable extensions 1 x 8 @ 95, 3 x 8 @ 110

Planned on deads but first squating in months stopped me.

Still experimenting, but 5x5 seems ok. Need increase poundage.

Tired today. I’ve decided to give up the hardcore gyms and just use old one. It’s adequate and close to home.
