1/24/17 First day back in gym since August
Squats 3 x 5 @ 135, 200, 225 (had to use the warmup weight as first set since 225 felt really heavy. Jeez)
Lying Leg press machine, 5 x 10 @ 225; then some nameless incline leg machine on which I formerly did 400+ for reps, this time 5 x 15 @ 135.
l0 minutes on stair master machine.
Feel great. Really great.
Yay on being back in the gym. Those 100 rep leg presses will be back in no time! You have played this game a long time. You know nothing happens overnight. I personally feel 225 is certainly not awful at this point.
Damn it man! Don’t be so hard on yourself.
The important thing is that you must be happy to kick your own ass and do it over and over again. Be strong young man.

Still getting over unexpected lower back pain from Tuesday’s workout. Haven’t had that stuff in years.
The pain is probably the result of a lack of gym time in the past couple months.

Good to see your back getting used to work again. Squatting is always fun. Nice work.
Great job getting back in the saddle. Just remember, slow and steady wins the race. Just like turtle or tortoise of whatever it was.

Still getting used to gym, still amazingly weak. Numbers should eventually increase.

Nice leg work. My daughter it dealing with the lung thing now too. It made tennis practice yesterday miserable.

Ok workout, just surprised how weak I am presently. That has to change.
