Just wanted to let everyone know there is life after Covid. Going on 3 weeks with it presently, horrible cough and no sleep. I think the coughing has developed my abs or at least my core strength enormously.
I sorry, I didn’t know you were sick. I have been wondering where you went. Luckily you are in good shape.
