Nice session Biker. How are you structuring your training these days ? Looks like a push, pull and leg day but hard to tell with only 3 sessions on the log ?

I just follow the scheduled workouts. Not quite full body ones. I tried for about a week to post in old log, so those 5 workouts are missing. I have 2 more to do this week. Today’s a rest day. The 2 rest days are not consecutive.

I fairly agree. But for legs it feels like about everything else is worked a bit each workout.
