I'm eating about 250-300 grams of protein a day mainly coming from chicken breasts eggs, peanut butter, and protein shakes. For carbs I'm having about 300 grams mainly coming from oatmeal, brown rice russet potatoes. For the good fats I'm having peanut butter and olive oil.
