I just read your 6 weeks to Super Hero , I am definitely going to do this! 1 question though, what do you do on the other 3 days? Cardio? Rest? Mobility? Thank you again! I'll take pre and post pics and document progress.
Neural Charge and Rest
Start by doing mobility work, nothing too demanding. It's a hard program give it a try without adding any other type of training first to see how your body handles the workload.
