6 Weeks to Superhero Thanks

Would just like to say thanks for the article and video for 6 weeks to super hero, I added the bench and the overhead press complexes to my training and have found my body responds very well to this style of training.

I am now at the heaviest I’ve been, stayed lean and strength and power are better than ever. Alongside some rear delt and trap specialization my shoulders have seen the majority of the muscle gains.
