Time for me to put the pedal to the metal for my wedding in mid-August. Couldn’t think of a better way to kick-start things than by dialing up the 6 weeks to superhero program.
I just wanted to make sure I understood this aspect correctly:
- Perform the 5 exercises in Star Complex A as a circuit, resting 30 to 90 seconds between each exercise.
So what I would do is perform set one of all 5 exercises, then set 2, 3 etc. What I would not do is 5 sets of exercise 1, then 5 sets of exercise 2, etc. correct?
