Well it’s finally here, I start 6 weeks this week and I’m super pumped! I’ve decided to give body recomping with reducing body fat %(18-19% bf at 195lb 5’10) a try and wanted to run my macros by ya :
Lift days -45/45/10- protein/carbs/fat (3000 cals)
Off days-45/45/10 protein/fat/carbs (2600).
Curious as to if you had a suggestion or I’m good to go? I’m also 30 and in a stressful job but really wanna try the 6 weeks vs 4. Thanks and VERY much looking forward to running this one!
