Hi Coach Christian, I will start your 6 weeks to superhero program next week and I would like to know if I can keep doing it for the long haul (more than 6 weeks) and what type of diet I should do while doing this program. I would also like to know if it useful to use my 1RM% for this program. Thank you in advance!
I think the “6 weeks” in the title represents the appropriate time frame.
It’s a high volume program that is not meant for the long haul. Try it, and after a couple of weeks you’ll see why.
