I'm off on a beach holiday in 6 weeks and want to get rid of some fat before going. Currently I train 3 days a week on a 3 x 5 program - squat, shoulder press or dips (no bench) and pull ups or deadlift. Warm up with jumprope, finish with suitcase carries.
Training wise, I thought I might add a couple of days doing barbell complexes and try to have a brisk walk as many days as possible.
Diet - going to try and concentrate on protein, fruit & vegetables and cut back on carbs and alcohol.
Just wondering if anyone has any advice or suggestions?
