6 Weeks of Squatting Insanity?

I’ve heard people say squating 3 times a week is crazy but what about this? everyday

six week equating insanity.

has anyone seen results? or does anyone know of any better programs specified for squat?

Does anyone know if that same program would work if you swapped the squat for another excersise like rows or deadlifts?
