I want to post some results of my diet:

21years
175cm
5years strength training
8months MMA training (since september)

Begin of my diet:
28.2.2010
94kg in the morning before breakfast

Now:
18.4.2010
86.4kg in the morning before breakfast

End of my diet:
will be the 1.6.2010
want to be at 84/85kg after some meals (in the afternoon)

Mo: Boxing, MMA
Tu: thaiboxing, T3
We: Boxing
Th: wrestling/MMA T2
Fr: MMA
Sa: TE1
Su: Jogging/Regeneration

Workout:
DeFrancos Ws4SB
TE1 Max Upper
TE2 Rep Upper
TE3 Max Lower (2weeks deadlifts, 2weeks dynamic split squats; rotation)

I want to start this year with some grappling tournaments, but our vale tudo trainer is preparing for some fights himself, so our specific vale tudo training is a bit disordered.
Our main focus at the moment is at boxing/thaiboxing and some wrestling takedowns.

But to answer your question:

I planned to fight my first tournaments at 80kgs, so my diet will finish at 84/85kgs after some meals; ~82kgs before breakfast in the morning.

But my “main goal” is to fight at -85kgs
