6 Week Superhero Program Diet

So I was reading the 6-Week Superhero Program by Thibaudeau. It seemed really interesting and today was my first day. It was the overhead press + squat I believe. At any rate, I want to know what my diet should look like. Should I eat more or less? Also, as far is cardio is concerned, should I still do 20 minutes of cardio on my rest days?
