6 Week Prop Test First Cycle

Hey guys, I’m a roid noob doing my first cycle :slight_smile:
I’m 22yr old, 145lb 5’7", 3 years training and I’m planning to do a Prop Test/dbol cycle.
What I’m doing is:
Wk 1-6 500mg/week Test Prop
Wk 1-3(or 4) 30mg/day Dbol
-Insert PCT here-

Is this ok? Should I take more dbol? What PCT/other s stuff you recommend and when? What average gains should a normal person get?

Fucked up thing was I used to eat loads, but I’d say 80% of my diet was carbs.
