This thread is is for some opinions on what people believe are successful 6 week cycles for building mass and being able to retain it. Novices through the seasoned vets. I looked but couldn't find too many posts about 6 week cycles so I want to dedicate a thread to it.

Let's say you lift 5 days a week. Weigh 220 lbs. with 12% body fat. And between 25-30 years of age. Looking for gains that will be mostly retained once finished with the cycle given the workouts and diet and pct is all done correctly.
