6 Week Blood Results -- Need Advice

#1

Hello -

My initial bloodwork came back with the following levels:
Total T - 377
Free T 8.7
LH 6.1
FSH 3.2

I had my blood drawn at the 6 week mark with the following results:
Total T - 598
Free T - 16.3
E2 Sensitive - still waiting for results

All other lab values were perfect (CBC, Lipid Panel, CMP, Thyroid Panel, etc)

I currently take 100 mg Test Cypionate, and 500 iU of HCG every week. Doc has me doing 1 test shot a week, and 2 HCG shots per week.

I need some advice on what to do because I still feel like crap a few days after my injection. Still experiencing issues with libido, energy, focus, and motivation.

With the lab values where they are, would an increase be justified at this point?

You’re not on an AI? I’ll bet your E2 is either way high, or not getting enough flux depending on your body type.

Injecting 100MG per week + 2 HCG shots would wreck my body. Every guy is different though. My T level would probably be 1600 on that much T.

Try this:
50mg T twice a week
0.5mg anastrozole at time of injection
250iu hCC EOD or 400iu at time of injections

Do labs 1/2 way between injections and do not vary so variations are not lab timing artifacts.

Please read these stickies:

  • advice for new guys - need more info about you
  • protocol for injections - use #29 1/2" 0.5iu insulin syringes

We need lab ranges with your lab results. Also need more than you posted. You can [edit] in the lower right corner of your post above.

Thyroid labs:
TSH - should be near 1.0
fT3, fT4 should be mid-range or a bit higher
F3, T4 should be mid-range but avoid and use fT3, fT4
Ignore lag ranges for these and use above

Check your overall thyroid function fast and easy.
Oral body temperature when you first wake up. Should be 97.7-97.8 or a bit higher. 97.3 is way too low.
Also check that you hit 98.6 mid-afternoon
Many guys here have low thyroid function.
Many guys here are iodine deficient and that is from not using iodized salt.
See ‘thyroid basics’ sticky, especially if your body temperatures are low.

Not on an AI now. Doc wanted me to take DIM capsules once a day.
