Hi guys Ive been a Lurkering on here for a while and finally decided to sign up today! Im 16 and a big football player. I just hurt my pec throwing shotput in a meet. So I will be stuck to Lower body for a while. My best squat to this day is 515 in a powerlifting meet and I aspire to do 6 plates raw.
This gone to be my log and Im running conjuctive method training. Hope to here from some of the older guys. I will be posting my last 3 workouts workouts on here and then go day by day from there.
