6 Months of Fat Loss, 6 Months of Mass

hey guys i just had a quick question…i was thinkin about a whole new different workout plan and i was wondering what you guys think of this… I was thinkin about focusing on fat loss for 6 months, increase cardio, normal weightraining routine,(summer days)…and than focus 6 months mass and strength and just keep the running to a minimum and increase the colorie intake… or would i just be better off focusing on fat loss until i am satisfied than focus on mass…

The answer is different depending on what you look like. Skinny fat? Gain alot of mass, 6 months probably isnt enough. Overweight with no muscle? Calories a few hundred below maintnence.
