I have been searching for a kind of programme without any luck so far… would be great to have a pointer…
Ideally I would like to do 6 days a week, 1 hour per day and one muscle group/area per workout. Something like:
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Biceps/Triceps
Legs
I found the “one exercise per workout, 6 day program” and what I would like to find is similar except I want to do different lifts on the same muscle group.
Eventually I would like to step it up to 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon 6 days a week and still rest each muscle group for as close to 48 hours as possible…
