6-12-25 Program (Drop Sets) Question

Hi,

For those who tried this program...what rep range have you used for the other exercises of a split?

I thought about using a rep range of 6-8 for the other exercises of a same body part.

Thanks for any input.

The same for me rep range of 6-8 ascending weight. And then the 6-12-25 as a finisher.

Typically use the 6-12-25 on one exersize in a body part, like a final inclined bench, flat bench, lat pulldown, military press, leg curl or extension and/or calves (if anything left in the tank)
