5x5?

I am doing the intermedate version from this website now

I rember seeing other versions of Bill Starr’s 5X5 with a diffrent 3rd day, but cant find it.

Should I stick with this version for now?

I started lifting about a month ago afer a year off, Not taking any supps till September.

I’ve seen a ton of different variations on this template.

Whether you should do it or not… Is what you are doing working? If it is working, keep doing it.

Its working ok, just started up again so no big gains.

What happend to massmonsters???

intermediate and periodized versions work really well. strength goes up a lot and, depending if your eating right, you will have some good gains.

im like halfway through the periodized and im up 15lbs bodyweight and with all my bench/squat/dead up 30/40/70 lbs respectively.
