Could I please have some sugestions for a 5x5 routine.
I’ll be working out 3 days a week, and am not sure how I should combine bodyparts, i.e. chest/back or chest/biceps, and also how many excercises to use etc.
I’d be very grateful if some of you who work out 3 days a week could post your routines.
By the way I work out at home, so don’t have acces to machines etc.
I have limited equipment, barbell, dumbells, a bench with different incline positions + Lat pull down.
