Currently, I am extremely sore, and just trying to get through the next day leading up to Friday’s workout which will look very similar to these two except I will replace bench press with military press. Any comments, or criticism’s are welcomed.

This was a good day, thought i’d mix it up with the snatch grip and the military press.
