I’ve been doing rep ranges of 8-15 for a long time now. I’m looking to change things up. Can someone inform me on where to get information on the 5X5 program that is constantly alluded to on this site? I just wnat to check it out.

Even if you never find the thread, please tell me that you can come up with a handful of compound exercises to which you can perform 5 sets of 5??!?!?!?!?!? Propose something and throw it up for suggestion, critique, approval, flame.
