I have been lifting for 2 years now and these are my progressions (started just before I turned 14, just about to turn 16)
1 Rep maxes
Bench: 50 then, 135 now
Squat: 70 then, 220 now
DL: didn’t do it, 200 now (unsure, haven’t properly tested)
I started stalling on my lifts a few months back. I just recently cleaned up my diet, so I expect to start making gains again. Would Bill Starr’s 5x5 be a good program for me to start up?
