I’ve had an idea. Half body splits incorporating 5x5 and Higher Intnsity training.
Log Bar Shoulder Press 5 x 5
Machine Chest press Pyramid up to 1 max effort set with partials and stretching.
Tri Dips 5 x 5
Bench Press 5 x 5
Machine Shoulder Press pyramid as above
Pushdowns pyramid as above.
