5x5 + 5x10 or 5x5 + 5x5

I am doing an upper lower split since I think I grew out of total body since it stopped giving me results. My numbers have gone up since switching. For my upper body workout I have been doing 5x5 verticle push and pull and 5x10 horizontal push and pull. I prefer 5x5 which do you think would be better for strength and size? Keeping it as is or switching the horizontals to 5x5. I really want to get stronger and would like to add a little bit of size and improve body comp.

Sorry. Haven’t been posting on message boards lately so forgot how to type. Which isn’t a bad thing because the reason I have had less time to talk theory is I have been spending double the time putting it into practice.
