Good Afternoon Jim and everyone else in the forums,
So I am currently doing the 7th-week protocol (Deload) after finishing two cycles of Full body 17 Leader. This program was fun as hell and I saw some decent gains the widowmakers on Monday and Friday were killer. I was originally thinking about running the Full Body Anchor #2 next. Instead, I was thinking about trying the 5x5/3/1 Leader with the BBS supplemental (3 days a week) on page 91. Does anyone see any problem with skipping the anchor phase for now for another two leaders?
Also, has anyone ever ran this program and wanna share their results with it? Assistance choices or conditioning ideas would also be appreciated.
