I’ve been doing the BBB workout for three months now, I’m up to 70% on my 5 x 10 sets. These sets on squats and dead lifts are kickin my ass big time…!! Sweating my ass off, breathing hard, head is pounding… I’m dying after these things. But damn it feels good when you get them done and know you put 100 % into your workout today. The muscle is piling on and the fat is coming off…!!!
I just got done with a 56 day 10x10 program and your right they are killer. Make sure you eat. That much volume requires food…1.5-2g per lbs of body weight in protein to ensure enough building blocks for construction.
