Squat 435x1, up from 405x1 last cycle, very happy with that.
Axe Press 209x2, solid effort for me.
Deadlift 525x3, pleased with that.
Bench Press 325x3, happy with that also.
All of all, a very good cycle for me. Much better than last cycle (I actually deloaded prior to this one). The deload is very, very underrated. It is an absolute necessity I’m learning.
