5's Pro: 85% TM and 5 Reps Each Week?

When a routine says 5’s pro do you guys interpret that to mean the during 5’s week do 5 reps, during 3’s week do 5 reps. and during 5/3/1 week do 5 reps? And to do that the TM must be at about 85%? Am I understanding correctly? Thanks
