575 DL for 6 Reps at 200 BW

I know we have a PR thread, but I’m fucking proud of this, thought I’d share.

Use ROM progression as my DL protocol, with 5/3/1 type assistance work.

Nothing wrong with that, you should be proud man, nice job.

nice!
I just saw everyone using those straps on last year’s WSM on espn

13mm belt goes a long way, haha.

Usually after a lift like that I practically faint. Beasty lift dude, congrats.

Good Stuff!

Thanks for using your first post for this man. Means a lot.

Strong work. I wouldn’t have guessed you could get another four after the first rep, impressive effort.

Yeah, I feel like I pull like George Leeman (used to post on here as newb/ubernewb). Seems to work, so I’ll take it, haha.

Very strong, man. That’s a lift you definitely should be proud of. I’d be happy to single that weight.

Nice job! You have some sweet equipment too.
