56 Pull Ups in One Minute

Planning to get 60 pull ups within 60 seconds. Been specifically training for 9 months now to try reach that goal.

Some kipping action going on and a couple of times no lock out until you started getting fatigued…

All in all I still say great work! Definitely more than I could do.

Keep it gong! You’ll hit that 60 soon enough I’m sure.
